Clinic Returns Policy

FOOD:

Only Veterinary Diet Products are 100% Guaranteed by our partner food companies.  These can be returned  for the following reasons only:

 Palatability - If your pet will not eat or does not like the taste of the food.

 Quality - If there is a problem with quality of the product.

 Safety – If a bag or can is improperly sealed.

 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

 

All Sales Final. We can only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged or do not fit properly.

 

Clinic Pick-Up orders: Please return the item within 48 hours.  We will promptly place a replacement order for you.

If there is a discrepancy in size, an exchange may be issued for the same product, in a different size,

 

(e.g. collars, leashes, clothing, etc.) within 5 business days of delivery (to either your home or the clinic) without any additional charges.

 

After 5 business days, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

Seasonal items are not eligible for exchange.

 

Orders being delivered to the clinic will arrive at our clinic usually within 1 - 3 business days.  You will be notified by email when your parcel is ready for pick-up.  Please check your junk mail if you have not received notification within a reasonable time frame.  If you have questions, please don't hesitate to give the clinic a call.

Please inspect your package on the day that you receive it.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN A SALEABLE CONDITION FOR EXCHANGE. IF NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNFORTUNATELY WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT THE ITEM FOR EXCHANGE.
