We are all grappling with the unprecedented challenge of COVID-19. Our thoughts are with all those who have been impacted and affected.

Orders will be delivered between 1-3 business days to either the home address or clinic. 

Orders to home are sent through Purolator, and due to overwhelming ecommerce business, Purolator is no longer required to get a signature upon delivery. Purolator FAQ

McLeod Veterinary Hospital is not responsible for orders stolen, frozen, melted, wet, or otherwise compromised when shipped to home. It is expected someone to be home for the delivery.

You will be notified when it is available to pick up at the clinic.  Please pick up your order as soon as possible.  Inspect the package as soon as you get home and contact us if you have any concerns.

Ship to Home:

Orders shipped to home are delivered through Purolator and do NOT require a signature upon delivery.

McLeod Veterinary Hospital is not responsible for orders that are stolen, damaged because of weather or otherwise compromised when shipped to home. It is expected that someone be home upon delivery.

Shipping costs will vary and are based on the products ordered. Items may incur a shipping surcharge or special handling fee due to size and/or weight. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout prior to completing your order.

Shipping charges can not be refunded.

Standard shipping is available across all Canadian provinces. Some restrictions apply to specific locations. Shipments to rural addresses may exceed the standard shipping/delivery window and may not be available for ship to home. Shipments are not available to post office box addresses.
